The New Year has been ushered in by quite a few of NASA’s curious (and inherently troubling) alarms, some of which even seem to correlate with Nostradamus’ dramatic predictions from the 16th century.

Just days after a 2020-meter asteroid flew past Earth while the New Year celebrations were still in full swing, a larger space object is believed to be heading toward Earth, perhaps in preparation for what the medieval French forecaster Nostradamus set out for some time later. 2021.

First, on January 4, 32 meters of asteroid 2021 AB and 11 meters of 2012 BT1 shoot past Earth at a distance of 842,000 km and 5.2 million kilometers respectively, followed closely by another, the icing on the cake – the 62 meters ( or half the height of the Great Pyramid of Ancient Egypt) asteroid 2021 AC, which is expected to zoom past our planet at a distance of about 3.5 million kilometers, according to NASA.

Next up on the timetable will be a much larger 2016 CO247, which measures an estimated 270 meters (roughly the size of the Eiffel Tower) and will zoom past our planet by 7.4 million kilometers.

It will be followed by the 32 meter long 2018 FP1, which will later pass the Earth at a distance of 3.1 million kilometers.

While none of these space rocks pose a direct threat to Earth, some are still seen as potentially dangerous objects, or PHOs, thus drawing the attention of planetary defense gurus.

In fact, since a 16th century astrologer, Nostradamus, predicted quite a few troubling events, the description of which is directly consistent with what stargazers brace for – something ‘in the sky’, with ‘fire and a long trail of sparks ” .

“After great problems for mankind, a greater one is being prepared,” Nostradamus said in his grim verse about 2021. “The great mover renews the ages: / Rain, blood, milk, famine, steel and plague, / Has heaven seen fire? , a long spark runs. “

Despite the fact that the named year is indeed this – New – Year, it is often assumed that Nostradamus’ predictions are extremely far-fetched and therefore open to a myriad of interpretations, providing fodder for doomsday preachers. And that could really put some people at ease.
