Human skeleton found on Aguada beach

Police are investigating the discovery of a human skeleton in Aguada, particularly on the beach in the Espinal district.

According to the police report, a resident of the place had spotted a black plastic shell at the mouth of the Culebrinas River for a week.. The current then carried the bag to the shore of the beach. Today in the afternoon, the citizen decided to open the lid, encountering a bag containing the skeleton.

The find was reported shortly after 6 p.m.

Officers are on-site, and the skeleton would be sent to the Bureau of Forensic Sciences for expert purposes.

Murder reported in Trujillo Alto

On the other hand, police also reported a violent death in Trujillo Alto this afternoon.

The events took place on Highway 8860, near the Pentecostal Church of God. A call through the 9-1-1 system alerted authorities to a person lying on the sidewalk, and when officers arrived on the scene, they found the body of a man shot in various parts of the body.

Police have not identified the victim.
