A visionary new era is dawning WandaVision, the first original series from Marvel Studios. In the Disney + series that airs January 15, the unusual couple Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) live their ideal lives on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Westview. In a new television commercial released at midnight on New Year’s Day, WandaVision ushers in a visionary new era with the launch of phase four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe:

While the MCU with 23 movies expands to the small screen with WandaVisionfranchise producer Kevin Feige says director Matt Shakman’s television series (Game of Thrones) and showrunner Jac Schaeffer (Black Widow) brings Marvel moviegoers something they “ can’t get in a theater. ”
“Streaming is 100 percent the future and what consumers want to watch,” said Feige Emmy Magazine. “And hopefully they want to watch our long narrative series. An experience like WandaVision is something you can’t get in a movie. You go to movies for things you can’t get while streaming, and you go to movies for things you can’t get in a theater. And of course, everything in a theater eventually goes to streaming. “
Like Bettany, an MCU veteran since 2008 Iron Man, Schaeffer promises Marvel movie quality with WandaVision.
