BSO investigates woman found shot dead outside Dania Beach apartments

BEACH DISHES, Fla. – According to Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives, a woman was shot outside an apartment complex in Dania Beach on Saturday night.

Shortly before 10:30 pm, delegates responded at 321 E. Sheridan Street regarding someone hearing gunfire. Delegates arrived to discover an adult female lying on the ground with a gunshot wound.

Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded and took the victim to Memorial Regional Hospital, where she later died.

The woman has been identified and the next of kin is reported according to BSO.
