Last month, Waller was convicted on all 46 counts. According to officials, he continued to claim his innocence and declined to apologize to the victims, who made their statements on Friday.
“He knows he’s proven to be the NorCal rapist and even though he won’t admit it, even though he won’t apologize, even though he won’t show any regrets,” said prosecutor Keith Hill. “He will know what the jury said based on today.”
According to reports, Waller plans to appeal the sentence for upholding his innocence.
