And it’s an adaptation of a graphic novel! Classic stuff.

As reported by Weekly entertainment, Millie Bobby Brown (Strange things) is attached to the star in an adaptation of The electrical conditionbased on the image novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag. Set in an alternate version of the future where robots and humans coexist, a teenage girl embarks on a journey with a mysterious robot linked to her missing brother, and a larger, more sinister conspiracy with far-reaching consequences. Brown, of course, plays the teenage girl.

The movie is great Avengers: Endgame reunion, if you feel like it, with Anthony and Joe Russo are directing and Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, the same duo that wrote Infinity War and Endgame, set to write the script.

Interestingly, a statement from the Russo Brothers announced that Universal, the distributor of the film, has decided to release the film in theaters. You know, ever.

“We are thrilled to have this deal with Universal, which has committed to a theatrical release of Electric condition, ‘Said the Russos. “This is incredible news for us as filmmakers and for viewers around the world who want the opportunity to re-experience movies in theaters. This is also a positive sign that, as vaccines become available, the theatrical market is returning. “

Ah, finally. Nature – I mean, the theatrical distribution model as dictated by big budget movies – is healing.

The film has no release date yet.
