The four-bedroom property sits on about a third of an acre and is surrounded by lake views of the Lakewood Ranch community in Manatee County on Florida’s west coast, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune detailed.
Its floor space is 8,394 square feet (nearly 800 square meters) and it has an additional 5,726 square feet (532 square meters) of residential or commercial space, the newspaper added.
Jagger, 77, and his girlfriend, 33, who, according to their Instagram profile, dances at the American Ballet Theater, chose that property because of the tranquility of the area and because it was close to Hamrick’s family, although they didn’t see her physically. before paying $ 1.9 million for it.
The purchase was made online and the writings, in the name of the choreographer, were registered on November 4, the newspaper said.
The real estate agency told the aforementioned media that the couple never visited the house in person before purchasing it.

The sellers were Ray and Loretta Harris, who originally bought the house in 2010 for $ 1.2 million, according to Manatee County data.
