The Rolling Stones frontman recently bought a South Tampa mansion as a Christmas present for his girlfriend, ballet dancer Melanie Hamrick.

According to the newspaper The Sarasota Herald Tribune, the four-bedroom residence is located in the gated community of Lakewood Ranch. It is 780 square meters (8,400 square feet) of construction, on one third of an acre of land, and is located next to a lake, close to neighbors.

The real estate firm that sold the house, Michael Saunders & Company, said the 77-year-old rocker paid $ 1.9 million for it at the end of October, with the title in Hamrick’s name.

Tina Ciaccio, the real estate agent, said the couple never visited the house before buying it, but they met her virtually.

“It was great to hear Mick Jagger’s voice on the phone,” Ciaccio said Herald-Tribune. “Either way, they were a real pleasure, a great couple to do business with.”
