After suspending the Disney College program at the start of the COVID-19 closings and canceling the fall 2020 program through January, Disney released an update on program recruitment today.

DCP further clarified that they still have not recruited participants for the coming semesters and are still unsure of when they will be able to resume the Disney Internships & Programs division.
When the announcement of the cancellation was made in the fall of 2020, participants were reassured that the entry requirements for all programs will be changed so that those who have already been accepted can reapply, even if they have already graduated. All program fees are also refunded. Despite this “update,” many whose programs were canceled mid-way still know in the dark what the next step will be for them as graduation approaches.
