1. Celsius Holdings | Percentage increase 13%
Shares of Celsius Holdings (CELH) – Request report rose after S&P Dow Jones said the fitness drink manufacturer will replace Capri Holdings (CPRI) – Request report in the S&P SmallCap 600. Capri will replace Enphase Energy (ENPH) – Request report in the S&P MidCap 400. Enphase Energy is added to the S&P 500, replacing Tiffany (TIF) – Request report, which will be acquired by LVMH.
2. Tribune Publishing | Percentage increase 7%
Tribune Publishing (TPCO) – Request report rose after hedge fund Alden Global proposed to buy the newspaper publisher for an appraisal of $ 520 million. On December 14, Alden Global, which owns a 32% stake in the publisher of the Chicago Tribune and the New York Daily News, asked to buy Tribune for $ 14.25 a share.

Shares of Red Lion Hotels (RLH) – Request report climbed after the 10th largest hotel franchise company in the US said it had agreed to acquire Sonesta International Hotels in an all-cash transaction worth approximately $ 90 million. The transaction is currently expected to close in the first half.
