The 49ers got a little bit of good news during Thursday’s practice. Running back Raheem Mostert got back into action after missing Wednesday’s session with a sore ankle.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated on Wednesday that Mostert will be allowed to practice by the end of the week, and his performance on Thursday is a good sign of his availability on Sunday.
Still, he’s working his way back from a high ankle sprain that will linger for the rest of the season. Until he fits into Dallas on Sunday, there will be at least a little question about his availability.
