Officers from the Missing Persons Division of the Carolina CIC are looking for a man who disappeared in Jardines de Carolina on Dec. 4.
Victor Raul Rivera Burgos, 48, was last seen leaving his home on E Street of the Jardines de Carolina Urbanization.
Rivera Burgos was reported by his mother and he was described as 6 ” tall, 230 pounds, fair complexion, brown eyes, gray hair. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder that says ‘vicmarie’. The man went out to replace the car carrying a 2020 Hyundaqi Elantra ghris with JMW-350 registered fuel and since then his whereabouts have been unknown.
