In the new Department of Health report on the coronavirus, COVID-19, in Puerto Rico, hospital admissions in minors continue to be a cause for concern.
Of the 445 hospital admissions for the virus, 42 are in the pediatric area, 21 more than yesterday. In addition, minors in intensive care also increased, while they were still 2 24 hours ago, today 4 minors. There are currently 3 minors on ventilation, two more than yesterday.
Hospital admissions increased by 39, of which 403 were for adults.
Adults in the intensive care unit also reported an increase of six people, to 87. The only ones to reflect a decrease were adult patients on a ventilator, reporting 52 today, three fewer than yesterday.
